Frequently asked questions
Can our squash group keep playing without a fixed schedule?
Yes. Play when your court and opponents are available, then log and confirm results. The ongoing leaderboard stays with your group between sessions.
Does Elo-X use challenge-based squash ladder rules?
Your group leaderboard follows Elo-X ratings from confirmed results. It is not a challenge ladder where a winner automatically takes the opponent’s position. Agree any separate club challenge rules outside that rating system.
Can group matches count towards activity ratings?
For supported standard Singles matches, enable Count as Official for newly created matches. Confirmed results then count towards your squash rating too. This does not guarantee a visible global list. See the group setup guide.
Does everyone need an Elo-X account?
Yes. Participating players join with their own accounts to log, review and confirm results. Players must meet Elo-X’s age requirements.
Can our group run a squash tournament?
Yes. Keep your ongoing standings and create an event for your players. Explore squash tournaments →
